This property is behind Sheetz on Hillsborough Road and runs along LaSalle St directly across from WHH residences. The building at the back of the property was a Best Products store among other ventures over the years. It has been vacant for many years.

 

The developer has acquired property west of this parcel where two hotels are now. Plans are to demolish the former retail building and the hotels and build a residential complex with apartments and townhomes. The developer and neighbors have met several times over the last two years. We appreciate the opportunity to see plans and offer our input. Construction may begin in summer 2025.
