For contributing buildings within the Historic District, home repairs may be eligible for State Rehabilitation Tax Credits.

 

Any changes to the facade of any house within the historic district, regardless of whether it is a contributing building or whether you are receiving tax credits, requires a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) from the Historic Planning Commission.  Certificates of Appropriateness
